Renegades

Renegades is an action-thriller in development at Sony Pictures, based on an original short story by Will Simmons. Jonathan Goldstein and John Francis Daley, the directing duo behind Game Night and Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves, are attached to helm the feature adaptation. Simmons, who previously adapted Robert Kirkman's graphic novel Hardcore for Universal, is writing the screenplay. Hutch Parker, whose producing credits include multiple Venom and X-Men franchise films, is set to produce under his deal at Sony. Goldstein and Daley will also produce through their GoldDay banner. Plot details remain under wraps. The project is in the early stages of development, with no production timeline announced.
