Jonathan Michael Goldstein (born September 2, 1968, New York City) is an American film director, screenwriter, and producer who works exclusively as one half of the acclaimed filmmaking duo Goldstein & Daley (GoldDay) alongside John Francis Daley. A Harvard Law School graduate who pivoted from corporate litigation to TV comedy writing before breaking into features, their credits span Horrible Bosses (2011), Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017), Game Night (2018), and Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves (2023). Their upcoming Cold War buddy action-comedy Mayday (starring Ryan Reynolds and Kenneth Branagh) premieres on Apple TV+ on September 4, 2026; they are simultaneously developing a new Star Trek film for Paramount/Skydance and are set to direct Renegades for Sony Pictures — all under their GoldDay production banner.
