Jonathan Michael Goldstein (born September 2, 1968, New York City) is an American film director, screenwriter, and producer who works exclusively as one half of the filmmaking duo Goldstein & Daley alongside John Francis Daley. A Harvard Law School graduate (1995) and former corporate litigator, he pivoted to TV comedy writing before breaking into features with Horrible Bosses (2011); subsequent credits include Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017), Game Night (2018), and Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves (2023). He and Daley operate under their GoldDay production banner with a first-look deal at Paramount, and their most recent project Mayday (Apple TV+) premieres September 4, 2026, with a new Star Trek film and Renegades (Sony) also in active development.
