NDA is an independent psychological thriller currently shooting in New York. The project marks the feature directorial debut of Audrey Ellis Fox, working from her original screenplay that landed on the 2024 Black List and was selected for the 2023 Women in Film X Black List Feature Residency program. Rachel Zegler leads the cast as Dana, joined by Penn Badgley, Amy Ryan, and Carson Rowland in key roles. Bleecker Street has acquired U. S. distribution rights.
