Milliseconds

Milliseconds is a neo-noir thriller written and directed by Philippe Caland, who also acts in the project. The film centers on a reclusive former painter who becomes entangled in an investigation surrounding a suicide hotline, gradually unraveling hidden connections and long-buried secrets. Billy Zane, John Billingsley, Scottie Thompson, and Bonnie Root lead the cast in this complex mystery. Caland, a Beirut-born filmmaker known for producing Boxing Helena and directing films like Ripple Effect and Hollywood Buddha, brings his signature character-driven storytelling to the project.
