Project Summary
Kinky Boots is the big-hearted musical extravaganza that won six Tony Awards, including Best Musical, based on the 2005 British film. It tells the story of Charlie Price, who reluctantly inherits his father's shoe factory, now on the verge of bankruptcy. Trying to live up to his father's legacy and save the family business, Charlie finds inspiration in Lola, a fabulous entertainer in need of some sturdy stilettos. As they work to turn the factory around, this unlikely pair discovers that they have more in common than they realized... and discover that when you change your mind, you can change your whole world. The tour runs November 2nd, 2026 through January 17th, 2027, with tech rehearsals in Hefei, China from October 26th through November 1st, 2026.
