Dolly All the Time

Dolly All the Time is a romantic comedy feature in development at Sony's 3000 Pictures, based on Annabel Monaghan's bestselling 2026 novel. Gemma Burgess, the creator of My Lady Jane and screenwriter of Red, White & Royal Blue 2, will adapt the screenplay. Temple Hill Entertainment is producing, with Annika Patton overseeing for Temple Hill and James Gelberg for 3000 Pictures. The story follows Dolly Brick, a thirty-nine-year-old single mother who returns to Whitfield, Rhode Island for the summer to help save her family home, and unexpectedly finds herself in a fake-dating situation with Stewart Whitfield, a wealthy local recovering from a public breakup. Sony 3000 Pictures acquired the rights in a competitive situation, continuing the production partnership between 3000 Pictures and Temple Hill that previously yielded The Fault in Our Stars, Love, Simon, and The Hate U Give.
