When the bodies of four young women are discovered prior to an extremely important summer season on the exclusive beach community of Fire Island, New York, Officer Rachel Cooper is assigned the formidable task of going undercover to capture a serial killer. Will her personal demons stemming from the unsolved shooting murder of her NYPD father help her capture the killer or become the next victim.
