She is the founder of Betty Mae, Inc., a Los Angeles-based casting company that has earned multiple Artios Awards and Emmy nominations for work on projects including Knives Out, Glass Onion, Euphoria, and The Last of Us. Known for long-standing creative relationships with directors such as Rian Johnson, Darren Aronofsky, David O. Russell, and Robert Rodriguez, she began her career in 1990 in the office of casting director Risa Bramon Garcia.
