MRC Television

MRC Television is the television production division of MRC (formerly Media Rights Capital), and is widely described as the largest and most award-winning independent television studio in North America. The division sources, finances, develops, and produces premium scripted series in partnership with the industry's foremost creative talent, delivering content to major streaming platforms and networks including Netflix, Peacock, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV+, HBO, and Hulu. Its landmark productions include House of Cards — the first original series ordered directly by Netflix — as well as Ozark, The Great, The Terminal List, Poker Face, and Ted. The studio's series have received over 111 Emmy nominations and 21 Golden Globe nominations to date.
