Jerry Bruckheimer Films Inc. (JBF) is an American independent film and television production company founded in December 1995 by producer Jerry Bruckheimer, headquartered in Santa Monica, California. The company is responsible for some of the highest-grossing franchises in Hollywood history, including Pirates of the Caribbean, Bad Boys, Top Gun, National Treasure, and Beverly Hills Cop, and its films have collectively grossed nearly $15 billion at the global box office. JBF also operates a television division, Jerry Bruckheimer Television (JBTV), known for producing CSI, The Amazing Race, Lucifer, Fire Country, and other long-running hits. The company went fully independent in 2020 after prior exclusive arrangements with Disney (1991–2013) and Paramount Pictures (2013–2020).
