Hasbro Studios

Hasbro Studios, LLC (later rebranded as Allspark) was the Los Angeles-area entertainment production and distribution division of toy company Hasbro, Inc., founded in March 2009 and headquartered in Burbank, California. The studio developed, produced, and distributed branded animated and live-action content based on Hasbro's portfolio of properties — including Transformers, My Little Pony, G.I. Joe, and Power Rangers — for broadcast, streaming, and theatrical release. In 2019, the studio was rebranded as 'Allspark,' with divisions Allspark Pictures (live-action/film) and Allspark Animation (animated content), before being absorbed into Entertainment One following Hasbro's acquisition of eOne on December 30, 2019. As of October 2020, Allspark/Hasbro Studios is functionally dissolved, with its successor entity Hasbro Entertainment (launched August 16, 2023) now carrying on its mission following eOne's sale to Lionsgate in December 2023.
