Untitled Megan Park Film

Megan Park is directing and writing an untitled comedy-drama for Apple Studios, with Zoë Kravitz attached to star in the lead role. The project reunites Park with LuckyChap Entertainment, the production company behind her breakout film My Old Ass, and is being produced in association with FilmNation. Tom Ackerley and Bronte Payne are overseeing for LuckyChap. The film follows a woman whose life is upended when her boyfriend's secret family arrives at her door, pulling her into unexpected caregiving responsibilities. Park earned WGA and DGA Award nominations for My Old Ass and has emerged as one of the most sought-after filmmakers following that film's success. The project was independently financed and greenlit by FilmNation before Apple won a competitive bidding war against Warner Bros. , Sony, Universal, Amazon, and Netflix. Production is targeting a summer or fall 2026 start.
