Undercover Boss

Undercover Boss returns to CBS after a four-year hiatus with Drew Carey stepping in as the show's first host across its 12-season run. The reality series, produced by Studio Lambert, continues its established format of following corporate leaders who disguise themselves and take entry-level positions within their own organizations to identify operational improvements and reward hardworking employees. Stephen Lambert, Jack Burgess, Abigail McCarthy, Niall O'Driscoll, and Tim Harcourt serve as executive producers on the reimagined version. The show is currently in pre-production with no premiere date announced yet. CBS has simultaneously greenlit two additional unscripted series as part of its expanded year-round reality slate: Stacks of Cash, a quiz-driven game show hosted by Mike O'Malley that has already filmed and is in post-production, and 24 Hour Millionaire, a non-stop competition series from Big Brother producers Fly on the Wall Entertainment that is also in pre-production.
