The Life After

After surviving terminal cancer, architect Quinn Carter returns to a life she spent years preparing to leave behind, only to discover that everything has changed. The fiancé she urged to move on has fallen in love with someone else, her once-scrappy architecture firm no longer feels like home, and even her fiercely devoted mother seems determined to force her back into the person she used to be. As Quinn struggles to reclaim the life she lost, she meets Ben Thomas, a grounded physical therapist who refuses to treat her like a miracle or a victim. Through unexpected adventures, hard truths, and a growing romance, Ben challenges Quinn to stop chasing the woman she was before cancer and start embracing the woman she has become. But when lingering physical complications and painful revelations about her future threaten to unravel everything, Quinn must decide whether survival means rebuilding her old life or having the courage to create an entirely new one.
