The Last Seder

The Last Seder follows Moshe Loewenstein, home from college for Passover, quietly trying on a new identity. At school, he goes by "Mark." He wants to outgrow "Little Moshie" and is a kid defined by generational expectations trying to reinvent himself on his own terms. But identity cannot be outrun. During a dinner already thick with family tension, Moshe's father's disgruntled employee storms the house with radicalized accomplices. What begins as an uncomfortable confrontation spirals into chaos when an ancient relic unlocks mythic power. Trapped inside his childhood home — surrounded by family, matzo, and escalating danger — he must outthink his captors and embrace his family legacy. The film is shooting in Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain.
