Terms and Conditions

Everybody comes with fine print. In a world where love comes with hidden clauses, unexpected baggage, and agreements nobody remembers signing, **TERMS AND CONDITIONS** follows **Hawk**, a charismatic Fort Worth music producer whose success in the studio is matched only by his complicated experiences in the dating world. Charming, ambitious, funny, and convinced he understands women, Hawk navigates a revolving door of romantic encounters, situationships, and unexpected connections. But behind his confidence is a man who wants genuine love without surrendering the freedom, control, and independence he's grown comfortable with. Surrounded by his hilarious and outspoken circle of friends, Hawk discovers that everyone has a version of themselves they advertise—and a set of terms they don't reveal until emotions are already involved. From questionable identities and hidden relationships to jealousy, temptation, emotional baggage, and uncomfortable truths, every romantic experience challenges what Hawk believes about women, commitment, and himself. As the season unfolds, Hawk begins to realize that the biggest obstacle to finding real love might not be the women he dates, but the patterns, expectations, and fears he brings into every relationship. Blending sharp comedy, authentic Black culture, modern romance, and emotionally honest storytelling, **TERMS AND CONDITIONS** explores what happens when attraction meets reality—and the fine print finally comes due. Because falling in love is easy. **Understanding what you signed up for? That's another story.**
