Project Summary
Speak Up is a contained thriller from director Dakota Gorman, with Martin Freeman attached to star alongside Lilly Krug and Radhika Apte. The film centers on a young woman who awakens in a remote hospital after a car accident leaves her unable to speak, only to realize her doctor is the man who attacked her. Josh Berman and Rioghnach Ní Ghrioghair co-wrote the script. Alex Lane and Oleg Shardin are producing through Dublin-based Puma In A Tank alongside London-based Daniel-Konrad Cooper, with J. Todd Harris and Sandy R. Climan executive producing. UK sales agent Altitude Film Entertainment is introducing the project to buyers at TIFF 2026. Principal photography is scheduled to begin in the United Kingdom in November 2026.
