Shorelines

After seven years of separation due to war, an Iraqi teacher finally arrives in Britain to find his long-lost son. In 2015, Ilyas Yousef, an Iraqi English teacher, enters the UK on a student visa. Through social media, he locates his wife, Hana, whom he was separated from during their escape. Tragically, their boat sank, leading Ilyas to be rescued by a Turkish ship while Hana, pregnant, landed in Greece. Unaware of Ilyas' survival, she eventually reaches the UK.
