Project Summary
Dreaming In Neon, tells the story of Billie (7 years old) who has always lived with her grandmother Marthe with her father Fred in a small house in the village of Pointview. When she discovers that she’s been lied to about her mother's identity, Billie has no choice but to investigate her true origins. She will have to choose to face the truth about her mother and her dysfunctional family or flee into her imaginary world forever.
