Project Summary
Postcards Across Canada is a five-episode culinary travel series currently in production for YouTube and BingeTV. Created, hosted, and co-executive produced by Capri S. Cafaro under her company Bountiful Media North America, the series explores Canada's diverse regional food traditions across the country. The production visits Prince Edward County in Ontario, Montreal in Quebec, Cape Breton in Nova Scotia, and Saskatoon in Saskatchewan, showcasing Acadian, Mi'kmaq, Gaelic, Indigenous, and Ukrainian culinary traditions alongside contemporary urban agriculture and local restaurant scenes. Cafaro, known for the James Beard Award and Daytime Emmy Award-nominated series America The Bountiful, brings her signature culinary storytelling approach to this Canadian project. BingeTV is handling worldwide distribution on a non-exclusive basis. The series is scheduled to wrap production in January 2027, with versions available in both English and French.
