Project Summary
March 14, 1995 (West Virginia) - State worker, Cynthia Edward's investigates a state psychiatric hospital after hearing allegations of abuse only to learn that things are far worse than she ever imagined, pitting her against the facility’s administrators who will stop at nothing to make sure their secrets stay buried.
