Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir (live-action)

See-Saw Films and Miraculous Corp are developing the first live-action television adaptation of Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir, the Paris-set animated superhero series. Writer and executive producer Emme Hoy is adapting the project, bringing her experience from Sweetpea and Honey to a story that reimagines the beloved animated franchise for a broader and older audience. The two Mediawan companies are co-producing the series, which follows Marinette and Adrien—classmates by day, superheroes Ladybug and Cat Noir by night, unaware of each other's secret identities. Executive producers include Maria Nicholson, Iain Canning, Emile Sherman, Simon Gillis, and Ben Irving from See-Saw Films, with Nicky Earnshaw co-producing. The project marks See-Saw's continued expansion into high-profile franchise television following their success with Slow Horses and Heartstopper. No production timeline or casting has been announced.
