Project Summary
Last One Laughing UK returns for a third series on Prime Video in 2027, with Jimmy Carr hosting alongside new deputy Mel Giedroyc. The cast includes Lee Mack, Katherine Ryan, Harry Hill, Katherine Parkinson, Michelle de Swarte, Jon Richardson, Morgana Robinson, and Josh Jones, plus returning competitor Richard Ayoade and former deputy Roisin Conaty now entering as a contestant. Produced by Banijay UK labels Zeppotron and Initial, the series follows the format of locking ten comedians in a room for six hours where they must avoid laughing while attempting to break their opponents. The Halloween special launches in October 2026 before the full third series arrives in 2027.
