Jeff the Killer

Jeff the Killer is in development as a feature horror film from creator-led studio Tongal and filmmaker Savanah Moss. The project adapts the creepypasta character that first appeared online in 2008, following a 13-year-old who begins a killing spree after being disfigured by bullies. Moss, a TikTok creator known for her surreal fever dream videos blending comedy and horror, is producing alongside veteran film executives Mark Korshak and Michael McKay. This marks Tongal's first original feature-length horror project, utilizing the studio's community-powered development model with input from its global network of over 160,000 filmmakers. The production is in early development, with character concept pitches currently open to creatives worldwide through Tongal's platform. No director, writer, or shooting schedule has been announced yet.
