Godstar

Godstar has wrapped principal photography in Los Angeles, with Olivia Taylor Dudley and François Arnaud starring in this dark comedy-drama from director Oren Shai. The film follows Ronnie Dalton, a New York actress who reunites with her former lover Sky Blue to rehearse a play revival, confronting years of buried emotions. Blu Hunt and James Urbaniak round out the cast. The screenplay marks the feature debut of Nicole Morier, a songwriter known for her work with Britney Spears and Charli XCX. Shai previously directed the neo-noir The Frontier, which premiered at SXSW. The project shot entirely in Los Angeles and is now in post-production.
