Fred's Ultimate Hotels

Fred's Ultimate Hotels is a four-part factual entertainment series for Channel 4, now in post-production with Belfast-based Waddell Media. Hospitality expert Fred Sirieix travels to iconic destinations including The Royal Mansour in Marrakesh, Royal Madikwe safari lodge in South Africa, Raffles Hotel in Singapore, and Les Barmes de l'Ours in the French Alps. In each episode, Sirieix experiences hotels from both sides of the reception desk—first as a guest, then working in staff uniform alongside hotel teams. The series is executive produced by Jannine Waddell, with Paula Campion as series producer and Luke Campbell as series director. Commissioned by Clemency Green and Jo Street for Channel 4, the series is sponsored by Tripadvisor and scheduled to air later in 2026.
