Clang

Clang is a feature film in development that marks a creative collaboration between writer Paul Schrader and director Mark Pellington. The project, described as a father-son murder mystery centered on dementia, has Kurt Russell attached to star. Pellington originally conceived the project years ago, inspired by his documentary Father's Daze about his own father, and has now secured Schrader to write the screenplay. While Schrader initially planned to direct, Pellington has taken the directorial reins with Schrader remaining as writer. The project is currently seeking financing, with no production start date announced as Pellington completes post-production on his thriller Lone Wolf. Pellington's production company Prolific has the film in active development.
