Captain India is an aviation thriller entering principal photography in London this September, with filming scheduled to wrap by the end of October. Kartik Aaryan leads the project as a pilot conducting a humanitarian rescue mission inspired by one of India's largest evacuation operations. The film is directed by Shimit Amin, who returns to feature filmmaking after a 17-year gap following his acclaimed work on Chak De India and Rocket Singh. The production brings together T-Series, led by Bhushan Kumar, alongside Baweja Studios and Dopamine Studios, with S. B. Films handling production services. The screenplay is written by Nash Vazifdar, Sanchit Gupta, and Priyadarshee Shrivastava. With a September 1 start date confirmed for the London shoot, the film is positioned as a significant collaboration between Aaryan and Amin, combining large-scale action with character-driven storytelling.
