Project Summary

All's Well That Ends Well is a psychological drama from Memories of a Dead End director Choi Hyunyoung, currently being pitched at the 2026 Busan Asian Project Market. The film examines the aftermath of a subway tragedy through the story of Jung-hyun, a teenage ballerina whose accounts of bravery move the nation, bringing money, compensation, and sudden fame to her family—but the tragedy conceals something nobody knows, and the falsehoods keep growing. The screenplay is in its fourth draft with development support from the Korean Film Council (KOFIC). Producers Jeon Jiseong and Kwon Mizy are seeking co-production partners, financing, and sales agents in Busan. The director, who has been based in the UK in recent years, is exploring potential Korea-UK-Japan co-production structures. Pre-production is expected to begin once financing and partnership agreements are secured.
