Erica Lee is Partner and President of Production at Thunder Road Films, the Santa Monica-based production company founded by Basil Iwanyk, where she has spent over 20 years rising from assistant to her current leadership role (named Partner in 2021). She has produced some of modern Hollywood's most successful action franchises, including all four John Wick films and the three-time Oscar-nominated Sicario, along with Ballerina, Wind River, A Private War, and Monkey Man, with Thunder Road's films grossing over $4.1 billion worldwide. In 2024, she co-launched the Badlands genre label with Thunder Road and longtime Screen Gems executive Scott Strauss, backed by Renegade Capital. She is currently producing the John Wick spinoff From the World of John Wick: Caine (directed by and starring Donnie Yen), now in active production as of 2026.
