Erica Lee is Partner and President of Production at Thunder Road Films, the Santa Monica-based production company founded by Basil Iwanyk, where she has spent over 20 years rising from assistant to her current leadership role (named Partner in 2021). She has produced some of modern Hollywood's most successful action franchises, including all four John Wick films and the three-time Oscar-nominated Sicario, along with Wind River, A Private War, Monkey Man, and Ballerina, with Thunder Road's films grossing over $4.1 billion worldwide. She co-launched the Badlands genre label with Thunder Road in 2024, and is currently in production on the John Wick spinoff Caine (directed by Donnie Yen), as well as attached as a producer on John Wick: Chapter 5. A Florida State University graduate born in New York City, she began her career as an intern at NBC Studios and assistant at CAA before joining Thunder Road.
