ZDF Studios

ZDF Studios GmbH is a wholly owned commercial subsidiary of ZDF, one of the largest public television broadcasters in Europe, founded in 1993 (formerly as ZDF Enterprises, rebranded in April 2022). Headquartered in Mainz, Germany, ZDF Studios is responsible for global programme distribution, international co-productions, licensing, merchandising, and the development of scripted and unscripted TV content. It holds the largest German-language programme inventory in the world and operates a group of more than 30 direct and indirect subsidiaries and affiliates spanning TV production, distribution, and services across Germany, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.
