Weston Theater Company

Weston Theater Company is Vermont's oldest professional theater company, presenting a multi-stage summer season of musicals, classic plays, family-friendly productions, and ground-breaking new works on two stages: the historic Weston Playhouse and the modern Walker Farm venue (opened 2017). Founded in 1936, the company is now in its 90th season (2026) under Executive Artistic Director Susanna Gellert. Operating under AEA LORT D and AEA LORT Experimental Theater contracts, WTC is a beloved anchor of the southern Vermont arts community with a year-round staff and over 100 seasonal employees each summer.
