Shibasish Sarkar is one of India's most prominent media and entertainment executives, currently serving as Group CEO of Reliance Entertainment — one of India's largest content, digital, and gaming conglomerates — where he has overseen major Bollywood blockbusters including Simmba, Super 30, Sooryavanshi, and 83, as well as acclaimed OTT originals such as Sacred Games, Jubilee, and Indian Police Force. A Chartered Accountant by training, he joined Reliance Entertainment in 2007 as its second employee and has over 30 years of industry experience spanning film production, television, digital content, distribution, and gaming. He has also served as President of the Producers Guild of India (PGI) for multiple consecutive terms and previously was Chairman & CEO of International Media Acquisition Corp (IMAC), a SPAC targeting Indian media acquisitions.
