The firm typically partners with companies generating $5M to $50M in revenue competing in large markets, with a focus on consumer products, services, and sports-related businesses. PFC was formed in 2015 by veteran venture capitalists Jonathan Flint and Terrance McGuire — co-founders of Polaris Partners — along with partner Gregg Rubin, to deploy permanent capital across stages and market verticals.
