Polaris Founders Capital (PFC) is a Boston- and New York-based venture capital/investment firm that makes substantial minority and control investments in fast-growing consumer companies in the US and abroad. The firm typically partners with companies generating $5M to $50M in revenue competing in large markets, with a focus on consumer products, services, and sports-related businesses. PFC was formed in 2015 by veteran venture capitalists Jonathan Flint and Terrance McGuire — co-founders of Polaris Partners — along with partner Gregg Rubin, to deploy permanent capital across stages and market verticals. Notably, PFC's Fund II invested in Spiridellis Bros. Studios in October 2025, marking a direct entry into the Movies, Music and Entertainment sector.
