Paramount Television

Paramount Television Studios (PTVS) is the television production arm of Paramount Pictures, a division of Paramount Skydance Corporation (Nasdaq: PSKY). Relaunched on August 7–8, 2025 following the Skydance–Paramount Global merger, PTVS absorbed Skydance Television, Showtime/MTV Entertainment Studios, and Nickelodeon/Awesomeness live-action production units into one consolidated studio. Under President Matt Thunell, PTVS develops and produces premium scripted television — including Taylor Sheridan's expansive franchise universe, prestige Showtime dramas, and kids & family content — for broadcast, cable, and global streaming platforms.
