Harbor Lights Entertainment, Inc. (formerly National Amusements, Inc.) is the Ellison Family holding company that serves as the controlling stockholder of Paramount Skydance Corporation, holding approximately 77.5% of its Class A Common Stock. The company operates the Showcase Cinemas theater chain across the United States (and internationally under Paramount Skydance), with over 650 movie screens under brands including Showcase Cinemas, Showcase Cinema de Lux, Multiplex Cinemas, and Cinema de Lux. National Amusements was rebranded as Harbor Lights Entertainment, Inc. following the August 2025 merger of Skydance Media and Paramount Global to form Paramount Skydance Corporation. In June 2026, the company announced the sale of 13 US Showcase Cinemas locations to Belgian theater operator Kinepolis.
