Calamity Jane Entertainment is the studio-based production company of actress and producer Ellen Pompeo, founded in 2011 and based on the 20th Television / Disney Television Studios lot in Burbank, California. The company operates under a first-look deal with 20th Television (part of Disney Television Studios), previously held with ABC Studios/ABC Signature, and focuses exclusively on scripted television drama. Its flagship project is the Hulu anthology limited series Good American Family (2025–present), which accumulated over 140 million hours viewed globally on Hulu and Disney+ and received a second-season order in August 2026 centered on the Lorena Bobbitt case; the company also has the Hulu dramedy pilot Chicks (ordered June 2026) in active development.
