Project Summary
The Importance of Being Earnest is a witty comedy by Oscar Wilde about two men, Jack and Algernon, who create fake identities to escape social obligations and pursue romance. Their lies lead to a series of misunderstandings, mistaken identities, and humorous situations as they both pretend to be named "Ernest" to impress the women they love. This production will be taking place in a church and meditating on marriage, desire, and etiquette. Network/Studio: Stone Circle Theater
