Project Summary
The Greatest Treasure in the World is a comedy feature about residents of a dying small California town competing for an inheritance. It will be improvised in a documentary format featuring improvised scenes as well as "interviews" between the characters and the fictional documentarian. Tonal references include Best in Show, Vernon, Florida, and American Movie. Filming August 17–29, 2026 in Piru, California.
