Based on a short film of the same name, She Keeps Me Young centers on Michelle, a woman adrift and floating through life after the mysterious disappearance of her husband. As she navigates her daily life, her overbearing best friend Kelly pushes her to explore new experiences, including a promotion at work that leads Michelle to question her true identity and aspirations. An unexpected friendship develops when she meets a high-schooler named Bridget during a hip-hop class.
