IvyBears

IvyBears is moving from digital series to theatrical feature, with production expected to begin before the end of 2026. The project is produced by Malta-based Moontrail Animation Studios, founded by creator Kaan Haylaz, using a hybrid production approach that combines AI-accelerated workflows with human-led creative direction across writing, editing, visual effects, sound design, and music composition. The feature builds on the success of the IvyBears YouTube series, which launched in May 2026 and has since accumulated over 75 million views and 7. 7 million subscribers. Haylaz presented the project at MIPJunior in Cannes as part of his "reverse flywheel strategy," leveraging the established consumer brand and retail infrastructure to accelerate the entertainment franchise's growth into feature films, licensing, merchandise, and gaming.
