Tony Yacenda is an LA-based writer, director, and producer best known for co-creating and directing American Vandal, the Peabody Award-winning, Emmy-nominated Netflix mockumentary series. He has directed multiple episodes of FX/Hulu's Dave across all three seasons, co-created the Paramount+ mockumentary series Players, and directed and executive produced Chad Powers (Hulu, 2025), the acclaimed sports comedy starring Glen Powell. Alongside American Vandal collaborator Dan Perrault, he is currently writing and showrunning DC Crime, a fictional docuseries in development for HBO Max. A celebrated commercial and music video director, he is represented by CAA, SMUGGLER, and 3 Arts Entertainment.
