Erwin Stoff (born April 26, 1951, Romania) is a Romanian-born American film and television producer and co-founder of 3 Arts Entertainment, Inc., where he serves as Chairman and Partner. Over a career spanning more than four decades, he has produced major studio features including The Matrix (1999), I Am Legend (2007), Edge of Tomorrow (2014), and Unbroken (2014), and executive produced the Emmy Award-winning Netflix animated series Blue Eye Samurai (2023). As a longtime personal manager — representing Keanu Reeves, Ethan Hawke, Matthew Broderick, and others — he was inducted into the Personal Managers Hall of Fame in 2025.
