Betsy Beers is a groundbreaking American television and film producer and the longtime producing partner of Shonda Rhimes at Shondaland, active since 1993. She served as President of both Dogstar Films and the Mark Gordon Company before joining Shondaland in 2009, where she has executive produced some of television's most iconic series, including Grey's Anatomy, Scandal, How to Get Away with Murder, and Bridgerton. Through Shondaland's exclusive Netflix deal, she continues to serve as executive producer on the streamer's biggest titles, including Bridgerton, Inventing Anna, Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story, The Residence, and the documentary Black Barbie. She is a multiple PGA Award nominee, co-recipient of the 2014 DGA Diversity Award, and a board member of the Motion Picture & Television Fund.
