Zeitsprung Pictures GmbH is one of Germany's most renowned film and television production companies, founded in 1985 by producer Michael Souvignier and headquartered in Cologne, with branch offices in Munich and Ludwigsburg. Part of the Beta Group, the company has over four decades of experience producing award-winning feature films, TV movies, TV series, documentaries, and infotainment programs for major German broadcasters and international streaming platforms such as Netflix. Zeitsprung is best known for acclaimed productions including the Netflix spy series 'Kleo,' ARD's period drama 'Oktoberfest 1900,' and theatrical releases such as 'Dear Thomas' (9 German Film Prize awards in 2022) and 'The Diary of Anne Frank.' In February 2026, Zeitsprung co-founded Peak Point Pictures in Cologne alongside MMC Studios, a joint venture focused on high-end international co-productions and fostering emerging European filmmakers.
