About

Westbrook Inc. is an American multimedia and entertainment venture company founded on July 10, 2019 by actor Will Smith, actress Jada Pinkett Smith, Miguel Melendez, and Ko (Kosaku) Yada. The company produces premium, story-driven entertainment across motion pictures, television series, and digital content for partners including Netflix, Amazon, Paramount, Peacock, National Geographic, and Sony Pictures. Westbrook houses several divisions — including Westbrook Studios (premium film and TV), Westbrook Media (branded content/IP incubator), Overbrook Entertainment, Red Table Talk Enterprises, and Good Goods — and in September 2025 secured a high-profile multi-picture first-look deal with Paramount Pictures. Its debut film, King Richard (2021), earned six Academy Award nominations and won Best Actor for Will Smith.
