Operating as a closed fund, TGC aims to raise USD $3 million by end of 2029, disbursing capital across production financing (~60%), distribution (~20%), and regional incentive/grant applications (~15%). The company made its industry debut at JAFF Market 2025 in Yogyakarta and its first confirmed investment is in the Vietnamese video game horror adaptation 'The Scourge' (Tai Ương), co-produced with Chánh Phương Films.
