TF1 Films Production

TF1 Films Production is the cinema production subsidiary of TF1 Group, incorporated in December 1980 as a société par actions simplifiée (SAS) and serving as TF1 Group's primary vehicle for fulfilling French cinema investment obligations. It has co-produced or financed dozens of major French and international films, including La Vie en Rose (Academy Award for Best Actress for Marion Cotillard), The Intouchables, and the Taxi franchise. Operating under the Studio TF1 Cinéma umbrella (formerly TF1 Studio), the company is targeting theatrical distribution of its own productions in France from 2026, with an ambition to reach 10–15 films per year by 2027. With a 2024 revenue of approximately €28M and around 10 employees, TF1 Films Production is classified as a large enterprise under French corporate law due to its group membership.
