Revolution Films

Revolution Films is a British independent film and television production company founded in 1994 by director Michael Winterbottom and producer Andrew Eaton. Now co-run by Winterbottom and director/producer Melissa Parmenter, the company is known for acclaimed projects including Jude (1996), 24 Hour Party People (2002), Rush (2013), the Trip series, Eleven Days in May (2022), This England (2022), and Shoshana (2023). The company holds a first-look deal with global production and distribution company Fremantle, in collaboration with Richard Brown's Passenger, under which Fremantle co-produces and distributes their scripted series and films worldwide. In 2023 the company began expanding with an Italian outpost.
