Operating under Flanagan's exclusive overall deal with Amazon Studios for television (signed 2023), the company also produces feature films for partners including Universal Pictures, Warner Bros., and Netflix. Red Room Pictures launched with two flagship projects: the Stephen King adaptation The Life of Chuck (2025) and The Exorcist: Martyrs (2027), co-produced with Blumhouse Productions, Atomic Monster, and Morgan Creek Entertainment.
